Pros

It is a lovely long flex, it's lightweight and it glides easily over fabric. It's reassuringly weighty, but not overly cumbersome in weight.

Box contains iron, water jug and instructions. Simple rotary dial allows for temperature control. Instructions are clear and concise.

Cons

Water cap is a terrible design, it opens sideways (like a door) but it often comes off, it’s then fiddly to clip it back on. Steam control is still very poor, whereby it splutters out water droplets. Water leaked from the water tank.
