Pros

Customer service is exceptional! The customer service is still exceptionally better than the norm. The pricing isn't all that bad.

Easy to install, snaps on, bottom first. Feel good, and aren't too stiff. This is a must have item for iphone owners.

Has microfiber on the inside to keep case from scratching your phone. Easier to put onto the phone compared to some other ones (ie apple’s one piece rubberized case) also functions as a case which protects your iphone in case it drops.

Cons

This case is not user friendly. It has no smarts. Now i know i bought a * product whose reviews are not reliable at all! Not recommended. I have no idea how this is “amazon’s choice’ or how it has so many good reviews.

The case material seems to be too brittle. I am disappointed with the lack of durability with this porduct. very bulky and heavy.
