They are very low impact and i predominantly wear them because i run really hot so the open back feels great

Due to the open back and the thin spaghetti straps used for the criss cross design the bra fits a little loose around my rib cage

My only issue is that the pads were basically ruined by the vacuum seal that the bras were in upon receipt
