Pros
The xl fits me around the chest, yet snugly in the cup. I am fit and small chested, and it fits good. I also have small * and these made them look poppin!
Cons
The sizing is deceiving. The sewing was bunched at the seams, like the fabric was stretched while it was being sewed. There is no way to turn the garment to make it work for the left shoulder.

If you are looking for a sports bra to be fitted and tight and need secure this is the one i am a 34d and i purchased a medium but i should have purchased a small for a tighter fit to keep everything in place the medium worked good but not for working out

Also i think i should go a size up because these girls were bouncing all across the room i took the padding out as well for a more comfortable fit
