Pros

I have a degree in nutrition, so i was able to come up with a good menu for the week. The meal plan is a little too loose, but i feel like people who need a little more guidance would benefit from sample menus for certain calorie ranges.



Cons

The recipes themselves make zero sense. The spaghetti and meatball recipe is extremely vague. Other recipes are again vague in what ingredient should be used.

    I give it 4 stars because the information on hiit and diet are really good but i was a bit disappointed that most of the book seems to be dedicated to recording your workouts and meals
