You just remove the device from the bracelet and then plug it in directly to a usb port

After charging it up which didnt take very long i proceeded to just see how intuitive it is so i downloaded the app on my phone and turned on my bluetooth and paired it through the app with no problem

With a simple swipe you bring up the date time battery level and a small icon showing you are connected to bluetooth

By simply tapping on the screen you go through the various menus of heart rate pedometer calories burned the distance covered and your workout duration and then back to the home screen

If you swipe up from the home screen you go to the various sports you can track and by tapping the screen again you navigate through all of the sports and a simple swipe down returns you to the home screen
