Pros
Vest isn't so tall that it prevents me from bending down (i do single legged squats with these) it seems quite well made and fits as comfortably as a 140lb vest possibly could. Great for hiking, stair climbing, running, and general training.
Putting this nightmare on is. But this thing is always a pleasant tussle. At any rate. It's even more awesome than you think it is.
Cons
Lbs goes on your back and the straps are a joke. There’s no way to secure the shoulders down as seen in the pics.

The vest empty itself weights around 5lbs this including the front section and the rear section

The small metal 3lb weights are easier to put into the pockets than the sandbag ones of some other models but theyre still too tight for convenience

One of the sewnon straps that wrap around your waist to velcro together and keeps the vest tight against your body broke 1 month into use

Of course the original owner returned it without the weights and amazon didnt check and passed on the incomplete item to me

After i processed the return i found that the manufacturers website is cheaper new than the used one i had bought here
