The extra weights are available through mir (the cast iron weights that came with the vest are stamped 'mir' it takes a while for your shoulders to get used to the weight.

The powder seems to go everywhere. It smells horrible and ias the powder goes everywhere, i pray there is no lead or mercury. Currently waiting on a response for my refund request.

It's possible they just sewed the flap on the wrong side and then sewed it to the flap for the weight compartment. The velcro is also too loose/little, so part of the weight goes off my body when i get close to the ground, because the vest comes kind ... Read More

The nylon material (almost the thickness / texture of an umbrella) is not the right material for those bags.

Good product but please buy them with the shoulder pads

The shoulder pads were not included with the vest ordered vest with shoulder pads

The upside is that by the time i got used to training with the 140lb vest hiking with a 65lb properly adjusted backpack was easy
