Stitching is very good. It is as advertised. The seller is so easy to work with.

The adjustable waist straps and shoulder pads are a standout feature. They provide shoulder strap support because i feel some strain on my shoulders. The phone holder, keychain and water bottle holder is a plus!

The 40lb weighted vest is impressively well-constructed and feels incredibly durable. The individual weights are great and the overall use is acceptable. This unit distributes the weight well and is of sturdy construction.

Cons

This is seriously awful an awful design. Getting it on is very awkward and difficult. Would not buy again. Amazon should not allow this product to be sold.

Its easy to add or subtract weight its as comfortable as could be expected for strapping on a weighted vest and the price was decent

I wish the shoulder pads would be included at this price point
