Good value- good quality. Some say it digs into your shoulders. I know what it is and it clearly says run on the front, but i've still gotten stares while wearing it.
The weight distribution is very comfortable and it’s quick and easy to adjust the weights. The weight is evenly distributed which helps tremendously with maintaining proper form.
Cons
The powder seems to go everywhere. It smells horrible and ias the powder goes everywhere, i pray there is no lead or mercury in it. Currently waiting on a response for my refund request.

Its easy to add or subtract weight its as comfortable as could be expected for strapping on a weighted vest and the price was decent
I wish the shoulder pads would be included at this price point

This isnt really for people that are too heavy mainly because the velcro kept pulling apart but as i lost size it fits better and that problem went away
