Pros

The vest works as advertised. The seller is so easy to work with and i highly recommend them.

The adjustable waist straps and shoulder pads are a standout feature. They provide shoulder strap support because i feel some strain on my shoulders/traps.

Cons

This is seriously awful an awful design. Lord knows there was a trade off. One of the worst designed pieces of equipment out there.

There is practically no padding in these shoulder pads. It sits at an awkward angle on the neck and traps, with all the weight pinching my neck. At most it makes the shoulder straps a little bit wider which might help.

The main velcro straps barely hold together. Because the bottom sits below my hips, it’s difficult to do squats. The outer velcro strap pops off randomly.
