Pros

The seller is so easy to work with and i highly recommend them. The phone holder, keychain and water bottle holder is a plus!

Use product for weighted treadmill activity. Adds resistance, especially when treadmill track is elevated. This is very versatile as you can add or subtract weight depending on your workout. The weights come out if you want it lighter.

Cons

The shoulder straps have practically no padding. The strength of the velcro is very very weak. The outer velcro strap pops off randomly when i do squats, so the vest unbalances and i have to stop and reset, over and over.

Amazon should not allow this product to be sold. Lord knows there was a trade off. Would not buy again.

The head hole is small so when you're trying to control the weight of the vest the hole will be so small that you'll easily snag your nose or ears. The vest tended to migrate backwards then because of the small head hole began to exert pressure on the... Read More
