I was worried that wearing a whole suit would be cumbersome and notice it a lot weighing down on my shoulders but it is so light that i dont even notice it is a one piece suit

The suit does not run small or large but is spoton by the measurements

You will most likely need a sports bra underneath as there is zero support up there and the openings in the arms are rather large
