Must have for stubborn kinks and knots. Stretching is an essential for me. Once you've adjusted, my gosh this little * works better than going to physical therapy.

It is a great product for what it is. Has been very effective. Very convenient. Once again it works for me and may not for your situation.

Rumbleroller has the bumpy texture that works wonders on large muscles like quads and calves.

Cons

The irregular pattern of small blocks and large smooth areas makes it roll irregularly over the floor. Could work to massage the neck tho.
