The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it does not fit to form well on a contoured baby changing padmat and the holes for the straps are a little close together but overall it will get the job done

However i had to send it back because it doesnt fit the babies r us changing pad i have even though the dimensions were okay

I assume they must not be from the same lot which is why they are like that but since they both fit and work fine i didnt bother with returning
