The hose is connected to the bladder with a screw type mount and it has a little rubber gasket to prevent leaks so far there hasnt been a leak but make sure you screw the tube into the bladder tightly you wouldnt want it to wiggle around in the bag and get loose

I washed it again filled it back up no change

It took 3 times to get that plastic smell out of the bottle and water

My only real issue with this one was it doesnt have the insulated outer cover

Received the bladder and filled it with water shook it about to see if it leaks and it didnt

That means no tea no juice no alcohol no milk of any sort no soda not even sparkling water
