Very easy to setup and takedown. Takes 1-2 minutes to set the net up or take it down. There is a video showing how easy it is to get the metal straightened out.

The net absorbs the shock of the golf ball well. When you pull the net out, it is unruly and eager to pop up. The net almost hops out of its own bag, and sets itself up!
Cons
The zipper on the carrying case was broken beyond repair. There is also a long strap in the front, no idea what purpose it serves. It is a twisted heap and i can not get it to work.
There is no chipping attainment portion included with this net. Getting the product back in the box is another story and i pitty the person who has to cut it open!

T happens opened the zipper and this thing snapped open taking my ankle shin and parts of my knee cap with it
