I trimmed it slightly so it would not stick out over the edges and that was very easy

It appears fine in that respect but i was a little disappointed in the softness and i had to use carpet tape between the pad and the carpet because the carpet kept shifting

The pad was well wrapped in plastic then in a large box

There was no odor at all when unpacked it was a breeze to lay down and there were no creases to try to get out
