Needless to say it was lost for 2 weeks after been shipped out and sat on a receiving dock for about another 2 weeks before i and not amazon was able to locate what happened to a 500lb package

Excellent pool once setup however the hose that came with the pool are too big for the connectors even with the supplied clamps its not going to work
