The cradle handles are designed so they can be folded but it would necessitate loosening 8 bolts 4 of which on the bottom have to be removed and placed in a different hole theres not much room between the handle bolts and the winch once the winch is installed

Im using this for an x20 smittybilt 12000 pound winch this cradle is supposedly rated to 13000 pounds although i doubt ill ever get close to even 12k
