Its so straight forward and the parts are actually clearly marked on the product itself so you cant go wrong i had a quick scan of the instructions and had it working 10 minutes after getting it out of the box

Great for tall people not ideal for small houses due to the large size of the machine it is not very easy to use when cleaning stairs due to the upholstery tool been too short you can only clean max of 6 steps

While it did leave the carpets and rugs spotless there is one big problem there is no way to take apart for cleaning

It is much smaller than the dirty water holder and you need to keep filling it up

I can only see one advantage to having a small clean water holder and that is that the warm water doesnt have time to cool down therefore allowing the chemicals to work properly
