After contact company through phone call they were willing to send me replacement sizes for both of my dogs

We bought 2 of these for our 2 shih tzus 1 is 13lbs and the other is 20lbs so we bought 2 xs and they do not fit either one of our shih tzus they are too big for our littlest one and way too tight for our biggest one

I find that the cooling effect lasts between a half hour to an hour depending on ambient temps so it wont last all day while one is away at work
