Got the small size for my 35lb beagle mix. My beagles fit into size xs. I currently have a 23lb pomsky who is an escape artist and a puller.

Cons

Top metal ring's sharp edges frays the nylon strap just through friction. The top clip's nylon tab and stitching also were frayed. The straps are too difficult to adjust.

This harness is not meant for chewers. It bunches up too much on the back. This dog is not a significant puller, but has on occasion lunged suddenly after rabbits. This reviewer returned both harnesses.

Also there’s no padding or cushion to this harness. The material is stiff and feels like cardboard. It just feels so flimsy and not well made.

I'm incredibly upset considering how long i had to wait for it to arrive and the price point.

Full disclosure i bought a small ruffwear switchbak first but it was loose and bulky so i didnt have high hopes for the front range
