Too big & heavy for my uses indoors. This thing isn’t remotely compact or easy to maneuver. It requires such a wide area once its open that its impossible to use in tight spots like walkin closets and pantries.

The stool is too short and doesn't sit level on my floors. I have not been able to remove the blobs of super glue.

The stepstool is not safe to use without the feet on it. You are not stable when standing on the stairs because the stairs do not provide enough room from one stair to the next. The product is too clunky to handle and to carry up and down stairs.

The steps of this ladder are almost on top of each other which makes it harder to climb and descend. The biggest draw back to standard step ladders is the lack of a stabilizer when standing on the highest rung. Not a very secure ladder.
