Pros

The basket has a hip curve for easy carrying, and reinforced handles.

The plastic is strong. It's pricey, but if this one lasts another 16 years, it will be well worth the money. I still have the original one i bought, but i find myself needing multiple baskets for laundry.

The plastic on this item is thinner than their previous stock. Received a noticeably smaller 1bu. This is substantially smaller in volume held. Adds more anger and resentment than a price raise ever would have.

Used to be 1113 before the pandemicblue handles popoff and the latches on them break and no replacements are available

While being around 30 might be a high price

Rubbermaid may cost a little more but my experience is they last

You will not find a better made clothes basket that is designed to outlast any competition

Rubbermaid is more expensive than similar brands but in this case i would have to say worth it at least so far

I have a 35 year old rubbermaid laundry basket and no other brand comes close to its rugged sturdiness
