Pros
Works well for bread proofing, with graduation on the side it's easy to see how it’s progressing. Great for measuring fluids for brines and sausage. Bought it to proof my homemade sourdough.
The 6 quart is the perfect size for cooking and storing afterwards. Spacious enough to fit 3-4 full size ribsteaks. I use this with a sous-vide cooker and it works perfectly.
