If i am remembering correctly bpa was only very marginally bad for water bottles that were reused over and over and outside where sun radiation could break down the plastic

Depth its shallow the lid is not quite the correct fit although i like it because of the cut out for the sv wandthought the wand had bluetooth capabilities

Problem with this set up is creating waste and if the chicken is big it doesn’t fit the gallon bag with brine difficult to zip
