Pros

Rubberbanditz is probably the best rubber band for training. This rubber band instead of be fixed width with variable thickness has a fixed thickness (that is good) and variable width.

I love its simplicity, versatility, and the fact that it fits neatly into a pocket. On the website their is a lot of tutorials too. I love the mini bands but one flaw is they wear out.

Cons

The band is too thin and cuts into your flesh. It is very uncomfortable to use around legs, as it feels that it cuts through. It's very thick and looks like a vacuum belt.
