Yes its thin metal antenna but its just like any other cheapie metal antenna out there

My only beef with this setup is that there is a size gap in the antennas between the larger antenna and the smaller antenna for example if you need an 18cm antenna its not possible because the large antenna is larger than 18cm and the smaller included extendable antennas cannot be extended to 18cm so there is a size gap for certain frequencies
