Rsp truefit is not only delicious, healthy, but also very filling. I add psyllium husk to mine to make it even more filling. Similar to the energy from a good beef bone broth.

Vanilla is the best at being able to be tweaked. No bellyache. No funky aftertaste.

Cons

The flavor is overwhelmingly sweet. There is no scoop in the container. The cinnamon is horrible.
