Pros
The taste is very refreshing and delicious. The flavor is good and it doesn’t give you the “itch’ people talk about when using pre workouts. It tastes great and mixes well!
The prework is amazing and motivates me to get to work. No jitters are itching or any kind of side effects. This is my 4th brand of pre-workout that i’ve tried on my fitness journey, and it has pleasantly surprised me.
Cons
The flavor is great but the formula seems useless. Heavy artificial color and flavoring. The container is half the size and the powder inside was half full.
