Customer service is top notch. Mechanism for opening seems to be an improvement on some of the other cheaper versions. Three method to open is very convenient.

Sturdy, steel box. It does what it promises. It's secure and would take a lot of effort break it open.

Was a little finicky to program the fob. Held my m&p 9mm shield and a iwb fabric holster just fine. Has key, code and fob access and a cable to secure it.

Ca approved and compliant. Fits in my night stand and opens in under a second.

I do like that it has the three locking features and it is super sturdy so i feel safer knowing it is in there. The combination and key methods in my opinion are the best.

It barely rises a half inch. Cant program fob or code. Design flaw is that the hinge is on the outside and the hinge pin can probably be pushed out. You will not be able to access your firearm without the backup key.

This isn't a safe, it's simply a holster. And the instructions are terrible. This thing is a piece of junk.

Same thing with the tags. Sending this thing back. Returning it. Broke within a week.

Stay away from the seller. Don't take a chance with all these fake reviews.
