The roypow is perfect for that. A handy little cheapo item. Comes in handy to use outlet in wall.
Watts is the high rating for everything it seems. Used to charge a cb walkie-talkie (nmih batteries) and copes well. Plugged in to my ac in my truck to connect an rv back up camera.

This set is limited on output so if you have a device for the car that takes higher wattage you may not be able to use this
