Had an initial issue because the smaller one was stuck to close mode

The largest of the two tongs opens up to 5 inches vs the 9 inches of opening of the cheap tongs i was always dropping the large tongs almost never used themthe second picture shows a couple of angles of the tongs lifting up turkey sausage

Has a ring pull locking action simply push in the ring to release and pull back to lock

I just couldn’t see them being only 230 degrees – you wouldn’t be able to pick up anything that you just pulled out of the oven
