Product is good. Otherwise a fantastic product. Still using it. But nevertheless great product very useful.
Got prompt delivery in 2 days. The product was delivered well on time and was installed promptly. It's very easy.
Cons
Royaloak brand itself is a cheater brand. There is no softness near thigh support also when it is is reclined on the back. The padding is poor, the support near neck area is minimal to non-existent.
The recliner springs make lousy noises and now amazon says product is out of warranty. Spent 45k on the whole set & it’s all broken in just 4-5 months.

The only sour part was the guy never came for assembly and i had waited 7 days for the assembly guy to come and then he declined to come also didnt pick his phone when called

But the assembly technician arrived after 9 days only that too after 4 appointment rescheduling 6 customer care complaint escalations
