I actually want the distance and swapped out the old fluid with new oem recommended atf the road that around for a few hundred miles then drain that and put in the royal purple synchro max

To be honest it wasnt as smooth as the fresh clean atf at first but a few hundred miles later after it broke in it was significantly smoother
