Packaging/appearance
This the best keyboard to start with it came in good packaging and has good quality
One thing i didn't like is how some keys were inserted into the wrong slot (eg, windows button & alt were flipped).

My only complaints is that it is a bit small for my giant hands (i am 6'4), there is no wrist rest as i mentioned before, and that the brightness of the rgb is not noticeable while outside, which is barely a problem at all.
