Occasionally the e key sticks but it’s a typewriter not a computer

The ink that came setup was dry so the color was faded i changed the thread with the backup ink that came with it and that ink worked great however upon changing it the color to black switch stopped working so far we’re stuck on red the manual doesn’t cover how to troubleshoot that so support for that would be appreciated
