Pros
Really pleased with my purchase. Worked flawlessly. Perfect for my instant pot.
I make copycat starbucks egg bites and boiled eggs in these all the time for easy meal prep. One tip i read online is to spray with a bit a cooking spray before use and that is a life saver.
Soft and pliable. Simple and effortless to clean and dry. Easy cleanup is a breeze.
The silicone molds are semi-rigid and don't really pose much of a problem putting them in or taking them out of the instant pot, even when full. They pop right out and into the fridge they go.
Great for keto diets. Makes perfect muffin bites and pancake bites. Going to try corn muffins and brownie bites next.
Cons
One major flaw with this it infuses your food with a funny taste during cooking. Newer sets are flimsy and not supportive at all.

Still working out the times for the instapot as the first try was edible but cooked to long and the texture was off
I’ve read you cna make all kinds of other things with the molds but haven’t tried them yet

For all this who liked eating egg bites at starbucks trust me when i say that having this set in you kitchen you will never again spend for two egg bites you can make your own for pennies

If you decide to get this set just know that there is a little lip on the front of the lid that needs to be snapped in place

I used tinfoil for the tops because even though the tops seem like silicone i couldn’t find any information that approved of them using in the insta pot

Maybe i did something wrong when i used them the first time but the eggs stuck to the inside of the cups and they were not very easy to clean afterwards

I hesitated to say i cooked vegan egg bites because people not into vegan start saying they wont try my creation or think about whether it is delicious
