Xsmall from the first seller fit me perfectly while the second sellers pair xsmall was so small i couldnt even button it up returned it on grounds the difference in size felt like a manufacturer defect

The 4x was way too big on me i ended up returning the pants and ordering down two sizes

If youre going to sit where your knees are slightly higher than your hips and you have small items in the thigh cargo pockets those items are going to fall out

If you dont mind a skater look with baggy pants they are good

The waist is definitely my killing point as it isnt very adjustable
