Pros

Royal dutch shell is the largest gas and oil petroleum producer inthe world. Shell support recommends penzoil platinum 5w-20 as a replacement. Shell is one of the largest petroleum producers in the world.

T sonata and a 3. L ecoboost f150. Engine has the same smoothness and my mpg are the same. And it seems like the turbos spool quicker.

It tests very well with a high detergent count to keep the engine all sparkly clean, so i decided to go with this truck oil based on that pedigree. This oil is exceptional and of the highest quality.

It's good oil, provides lubrication, and in 3k miles i will replace it with clean oil. My 300k mile chevy truck seems to like this oil. Switch to this oil in 5w20 and have 1,500 miles on it and no measurable oil burning.

Amazon does a terrible job packaging these

0 coyote v8 which is specified for 5w20 but i ran the 5w30 on the second oil change at 16000 miles

Competitiveness

I started using this oil since independent testing revealed how it performs better than its competitors

I have tried many different sythetic oils in the past and most start out well but after say 2000 miles the engines are noticably louder

I used it in a mazda cx5 awd and it felt to thick im not sure if its really for a higher compression engine

Then saw some oil burning and i thought due to age and mileage 150000 miles
