Pros

Rosle vegetable peeler with swivel blade is an excellent tool and i would recommend it. It's our "go to" parer for carrots and cucumbers and small apples and potatoes. Who cares when it's a carrot, but peeling something like a tomato takes a lot of fi...  Read More

Color is beautiful, well made & a pleasure to use. It's like playing a guitar with or without gloves. I forgot/lost this at my sister's house for a month and had to use my old one--the kind with the moveable blade.

It is expensive, but quality. Very worthwhile. Easy to install. It's worth every penny!

Cons

The blade was attached to the body by two *. The blade cannot be easily removed, thus making cleaning this item impossible. The extra protrusion on the side is not very sharp either. Naturally, the screw is lost.

It peels well if you are peeling toward you -e.

Save your money and scroll along. And maybe invest some of that * of cash of yours in amazon to recoup some of your spending.

What a waste of money. What a shame. Only used three times. Never again. But please stay away from this garbage.

I got this for my wife not thinking that it will give much more that average performance

I was looking for this exact peeler for my left handed brotherinlaw

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This review is for the extra fine peeler

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I had another peeler as a backup but i refused to use it because it was junk compared to the rosle

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I would rather clear out a sink of dirty dishes to find the rosle rather than use the other peeler

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

But it has one big limitation which is that the position of the blade sets it back from the edge of the handle which can make it hard to pare large foods like eggplant or turnips and rutabagas or even large potatoes

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

You can see that there is a “shoulder” on the rosle that stands above the blade which is centered in the handle

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

That shoulder is what makes it hard to peel a food with a large circumference
