Pros

Stitching is ironclad, the zippers and hardware some of the most durable and premium i've experienced. No signs of tear/fray at the straps or zippers. Looks like new - bit of cosmetic tear on one strap.

It has an extra 2-3 inches on each side which makes it a lot more spacious. Has room for at least five 17.

This thing is big, but remarkably versatile. Like, it's as big as a suitcase — one of those standard-sized rolling suitcase things you can take as carry-on.

Cons

The light grey parts of the back pack are very weak and started to rip at the top when ever i carried my heavy laptop in the backpack. I am disappointed that it may not adequately protect the laptop, which was my primary reason for purchasing the bag.... Read More

The divider isn't sewn into the pack at the bottom. There's a stretchy material that has a non-stretchy material lying on top of it. The strap that is coming apart is the side that is only used when using both straps.

As for the quality it feels pretty nice and everything is padded

I am very happy with the purchase it provides ample support to my laptop and the hard back cushion provides additional protection

The zippers also are lower quality and can easily break

Honestly theyd be an industry leader if they brought the rest of their products up to the standards they set in this product

Competitiveness

I actually have an 18oz filter bottle i keep in one side which gives me space to stick an umbrella in there and keep it all nice and snug

I wouldnt advise having this as a carryone that you put under the seat because it will be sticking out big time
