I didnt have any trouble with the pegs fitting properly and although the base is just one piece of wood crossing another it doesnt come off during play

These rope quoits were good quality in themselves but were unsuitable to be given as a gift because they were wrapped in plain clear plastic with no branding which let the product down

If you are looking for a functional set to use wt home these would be fine but dont buy these if you are intending to give them as a gift

The game was fine but the packaging was absolutely unnecessary far too much for such a relatively small item

The crossed target is okay but not of fabulous quality as the pegs are a tight fit with the larger central peg only partly pressing into the top board and not going right through to the bottom board as it is supposed to so leaving the target a little rickety and prone to having the rods bent in their places

Solid construction the quoits themselves are a little thinner in reality than they are looking at the photograph
