Doesn't clump together or turn to mush when water is applied.

The idea of this stuff is that it keeps the plants watered as they dehydrate back into little rocks. They hydrate when we water the plants so plants don't get over watered. Keeps moisture balance constant and promotes growth.

Great addition for potted plant pants. Made a huge difference in my tomato plants. Works great in my potted plants.

Just repot it, it really helps. Works good for both a little tiny bit goes a long long way. It definitely works!
