At first they worked well then one began to rattle

I contacted the manufacturer and they keep sending me warranty claim forms

At the moment i would not recommend them and request that amazon remove them from their site

Update after calling their hr department i was connected with a supervisor who stated that they had processed my claim and would be sending me the return authorization withing 30 minutes

After 4 hours with no authorization i contacted them again and was finally sent the authorization
