Pros

Installation is straight forward overall and not difficult since the truck is already prepared for mounting from the factory. Easy install and oem quality. Easy to install cheaper than the manufacturers!

Cleats work as advertised. Spare screw can be used to fix broken cleats. A slight hammer tap is needed to install the cleats onto the plates.

Cons

If the cleats are locked into place, all you have to do is push down and they pop right out even with being locked. Plates are heavy duty but the cleats are not.
