Waffles were golden brown and did not stick at all

Only downfall is that its difficult to pour batter in and hold it open as it doesnt stay partially open

What i did was first wash it off with hot water to remove the paraffin wax

Make sure to season it properly to make cleaning easier because it can be a war to clean either way but unseasoned cast iron is like the opposite side of non stick

Get some good grill cooking spray to help either way because you want to be able to switch out the waffles quickly so that the iron stays hot and having to scrape each one off with make it take even longer
