Pros
These are by far the best for inline or maybe even any type of rolling sport. Perfect for slalom and freestyle skating. Easy to install with the skate tool.

I was going so fast and rolling for far longer than i did the previous day on my ceramic bearings.

Note: both abec rated bearings and ilq bearings are excellent bearings under optimal conditions.
They are perfect for slalom and freestyle skating.

I put luminous inline skate wheels on my rollerblade twister edge skates but before doing this i had heard that the luminous uses a magnetic bearing which makes the skate slow

Its claimed that abec and ilq bearings cannot be directly compared since ilq is a brand name and abec is a standard
