Soo i end up picking the large size and it was good because even if it is too large you can tighten it to you preference

But my problem with these and most other wrist guards is that they have this smooth slippery plastic pad on the palms

Basically if you fall and put your palms out to catch the fall what will happen is as soon as your palms hit the pavement theyll slip and slide to the sides and your face will smack down into the ground
